Fever Ray is a side-project from Swedish Karin Dreijer Andersson who is also known as one half of the brother-sister duo The Knife, who is known in the more mainstream circle for the song "Heartbeats" that Jose Gonzales covered. You may also know her as the singer in the excellent "What else is there" by Royksopp. The side-project just landed in the stores with the album: "Fever Ray".
